I am a Black woman who did not have children and who had a maternal aunt, who had not have children, who was diagnosed with breast cancer. I had also had uterine cancer that was caught at Stage 0 by my incredibly experienced and perceptive OB/GYN on the infertility service of my rather well-known but oft maligned health maintenance plan.
