Octavia Spencer, a Black female actor, is Executive Producer of Green Book. I did not see her name mentioned in your essay (complaint). There was also a Black producer who received an Oscar as part of the team behind Into the Spider Universe.

Black Entertainment, Inc. has the resources to create its own production studio. It should do that.
