The First Amendment encompasses a multitude of verbal/visual sins against (fill in the blank) who happens to be a public figure, in power and who should, given the nature of his or her work, have either thicker skin or more sense or, preferably, both. I appreciate that the image was frightening, in poor taste and was most likely quite upsetting to some (as in Trump’s family). Let’s put a few things in context: this person wants us out of the UN, insulted our NATO partners, literally bowed to Saudi royalty, and has a close personal sort of relationship with one Vladimir Putin, former KGB operative and current czar-like ruler of the former Soviet Union aka Russia. Did I miss anything and why are you worried about a comedian making a tasteless visual joke?
