This is what anyone is supposed to do: think for yourself. Be critical of any analysis or lack thereof. Listen. (Yeah I know it’s not easy, but seriously listen.) Yes this essay is disturbing. It was meant to be disturbing just like saying the federal budget isn’t big enough to pay for “meals on wheels” for elderly seniors, many of whom are racial minorities and women who were working in the years when payment of a fair wage and working at a job with a pension was not common for women (or men) of color with limited education or vocational opportunities. The current regime got itself put into power by focusing on emotion, non-sense, and the miseducation of the American electorate. Education is what is needed to finish the revolution.
